Savchenko wishes to speak in court today
Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko accused by Russia of being involved in the murder of Russian journalists wishes to speak in court, Savchenko's lawyer Nikolai Polozov said on March 8.
"Nadia Savchenko is determined to speak in court tomorrow [March 9]," Polozov tweeted.

"On March 8, Ukrainian consuls Oleksandr Kovtun and Vitali Moskalenko again visited Nadia in the detention center in Novocherkassk and brought a message of congratulations. Nadia's health has not visibly deteriorated, she feels just like she felt yesterday," he said.
