Olena Zerkal, Ukraine's deputy foreign minister for European integration affairs said she would explain the situation with her job at the presidential administration. She posted that on Facebook.
'Thank you for all your emotions. These are inspiring! The paradoxes of Decree No.309 lead to rumors and misunderstanding. As far as I'm concerned, I don't like keeping people tense in this fashion, which is why I'll make it clear later in the evening', she wrote.

'It's not about the job, I can tell you that much for now', Zerkal added.
May 21, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the decree No.309, appointing the Ukrainian diplomat Deputy Chief of the presidential administration. Zerkal refused; however, she agreed to continue to serve as the full-fledged envoy dealing with Ukraine vs Russia international lawsuits.
