The Moscow police took in a young man who joined the rally where the locals paid tribute to infamous Soviet leader Joseph Stalin. 
The event was held next to the grave of the dictator on the Red Square in the Russian capital.
About 500 people gathered on the site; at some point, the man tossed two flowers onto his tombstone and shouted: 'Burn in hell, you people's executioner, the murderer of women and children!'. The police detained him immediately.

Joseph Stalin died on March 5, 1953. It is an annual event organized by the Communist Party of Russia, where Stalin's supporters lay flowers on his grave on the anniversary of the leader's death. 
Stalin is a world-renowned dictator and the leader of the Communist regime in the USSR in the 1920s-early 1950s. Millions of citizens were sent to labor camps, hundreds of thousands were executed.
