Russia’s ombudswoman claims that wounded Ukrainian sailors are alright

Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova has visited three border guards injured in Kerch Strait at the hospital at the remand center Matrosskaya Tishina prison, as she reported on Instagram.
According to Moskalkova, the state of Andriy Eider, Andry Artemenko, and Vasyl Soroka are fine.

“They are provided with the necessary medical service, they are provided by the medicines. The doctors consider the injuries sustained by the Ukrainians as moderate and the treatment already positively influences their health. There are no complaints about the conditions of the detention; they are detained in the medical unit, at the spacious, clean cells with big windows. The prisoners are provided with an enhanced diet. They can open the account and buy extra food. They have access to the extensive library and each of them chose the literature he likes. Each of them holds the electronic correspondence with relatives and close people,” she specified.

At the same time, Moskalkova promised to publish detailed information about the health of the Ukrainians later.
