Parliamentary Temporary Investigation Commission expands its activity in up to five Ukrainian regions

The members of the Parliamentary broadcasted.
‘As a member of the TIC, I assess the work to be very effective. We will have the third session tomorrow. Visiting sessions to Kherson are scheduled for the next week. Tomorrow, we plan to divide the country into five parts, five regions, where we will study assassinations on public activists and the quality of the work of the law enforcement bodies. That will be Kherson region, Odesa region, Kharkiv, Sievierodonetsk, and Kyiv,’ Herashchenko claimed.

He added that the security forces provided information on Ukraine's activist Handziuk case to the members of the Temporary Investigation Commission, but it is not subject to publicity.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Parliament issued a decree on creating of temporary investigation commission for the investigation of data about the attack on Kateryna Handzuik and other public activists. Despite criticism from the prosecutor general, the parliament supported the creation of a Temporary Investigation Commission to inspect attacks against activists and the murder of Kateryna Handziuk with 155 votes. It was headed by non-fractional MP Boryslav Bereza. Conclusions and decisions of the commission are not decisive for the investigation and the court.
