YAMK-0041 vessel captain released from detention in Crimea

The 'law enforcement' agencies of the occupied Crimea released Viktor Novytsky, the Ukrainian citizens and the captain of YAMK-0041 vessel. He was in detention since May 2018; now, local 'court' changed the restriction measure from detention to the restriction of travel order.
According to Lyudmyla Lubina, the 'Ombudswoman' of the annexed peninsula, Novytsky was released at about 8 p.m. Thursday. Interfax news agency quoted her as saying.
Another two Ukrainian fishermen signed the restriction of travel order, as the Russian authorities charged them with the illegal border crossing. 
In May, YAMK-0041, the Ukrainian fishing vessel was detained in the occupied Crimea, allegedly, for the illegal fishing activity. Five crew members had criminal cases opened against them. On October 30, Lyudmyla Denisova, Ukrainian ombudswoman reported that the Ukrainian sailors were released, as well as the Russian ones, who were detained in Ukraine; as is known, the captain of Nord vessel remains in Ukraine, as there's a criminal case opened against him.
