American authoritative publisher ranked Taylor Swift on the top on this year’s Highest-paid women in music list.
Forbes has crowned an american singer Taylor Swift for earnings of $170 million in 2016 due to her world tour and advertising.
Forbes said: "After smashing the Rolling Stones’ North American touring record with a gross north of $200 million on the continent, Swift pulled in a quarter of a billion dollars in total for her 1989 World Tour. According to Pollstar, her average gross sits at $4.3 million per city.
"Swift also hawks brands including Keds, Diet Coke and Apple, and rakes in millions on music and publishing. Her $170 million total makes this year the best of her career in terms of earnings," publisher added.
