Actress Teri Hatcher has written to Donald Trump about her own sexual assault after the president mocked a woman accusing his Supreme Court nominee of a sex crime.
Hatcher, who played Lois Lane in the hit 1990s show The New Adventures of Superman and starred in Desperate Housewives, posted an open letter on Instagram setting out her memories of her own sexual assault experience."Mr President, I'd like to take this opportunity to weigh in on the process of recalling a sexual assault," she wrote.

In the post, she gave details of the assault and some of the exchange she had with her unnamed attacker.She wrote: "He said 'do you like how this feels?' I said, 'no'. He said 'someday you will'."She then lists details of the things she is unable to remember from the assault as time has passed."Here's what I do NOT remember," she wrote."The address of where it happened. How I got there. How I got home."What day or month it was. If anyone was drinking beer."
