Health issue sees Fiat Chrysler chief Marchionne replaced by Jeep boss 

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles boss Sergio Marchionne has been replaced with immediate effect by the company's US chief Michael Manley.
Executives at the company held urgent meetings on Saturday to appoint a successor to Mr Marchionne after he suffered complications from surgery.
Mr Marchionne, who is credited with saving the company from bankruptcy, had been convalescing from an operation on his shoulder three weeks ago.
In a statement on Saturday evening, FCA expressed its "profound sorrow" that "unexpected complications arose and that these have worsened significantly in recent hours. As a consequence Mr Marchionne will be unable to return to work."
