American company purchased Kyiv taxi service
Brand Red Taxi will not be changed, but its marketing strategy will undergo significant changes, as well as its business processes and standards for working with drivers.
Taxi service Fasten, that operates in the US, signed a deal with the Kyiv taxi service Red Taxi to buy 100% of its assets and has already bought them.
The press service of the Kyiv company reported the Red Taxi will not be overhauled albeit its marketing strategy will undergo significant changes.
The changes will also include the company business processes and standards for working with drivers.
The deal cost was not disclosed in a statement.
Press office noted that the Red Taxi has operated in the Ukrainian capital since 2013 with the service being provided to more than 5 million passengers.
Red Taxi is known for sophisticated IT - systems used for quick delivery of the vehicle and transparent charging: satellite taximeter, mobile application and specialized call centers for ordering transport.
