Court proved lawfulness of NBU decision to liquidate Delta Bank
Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal having examined the materials of the case decided to leave the appeal, and a court of first instance decision - without changes, UNIAN.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) decision to withdraw bank license and to liquidate the "Delta Bank" was proved of lawfulness and legitimacy by the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal.
An individual bank client appealed to the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, demanding to recognize the illegal decision of the NBU to liquidate the bank and to cancel it, as well as to cancel the corresponding decision of Deposit Guarantee Fund for private entities of the commencement of liquidation of the bank, according to the NBU website.
The district court refused the private entity in the lawsuit, however, the client applied to the court of appeal.
Having examined the materials of the case, the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal decided to leave the appeal, and a court of first instance decision- without changes.
