23-year-old Ukrainian threatened 40 years in prison in the USThe US Court of Pennsylvania convicted 23-year-old citizen of Ukraine Arthur Samarin in the forgery of data on their name and age, as well as entry into a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old schoolgirl.

According to the Washington Post, Ukrainians faces up to 40 years in prison and a fine of 90 thousand dollars. The final punishment he will appoint District Judge Deborah Dauphin Kurchillo during a hearing in September. Also against Samarin been several federal fraud charges. Therefore, it may be deported.

Ukrainians declared that he was found guilty during a hearing Monday. He said almost nothing in response, but confirmed that three years speaks English and knew exactly what he is accused. In the US, Samarin posing as a student by the name of Asher Potts. As stated in the report of his testimony at the time of his arrest, Samarin admitted that he had sexual contact with a minor in 2014, when he was 22 years old.

Ukrainian went to school in Harrisburg, John Harris, which impressed his teachers achievers. He enrolled in college in Florida, but soon after officials found out that the guy is actually older than he. In addition, he is in the US illegally since his student work visa expired.
