Rare megamouth shark caught in Japan (VIDEO)
A fisherman in Japan got a heck of a fright after hauling up a huge - and ugly - megamouth shark.
The rare shark has been spotted only a few times since it was first discovered in the mid-1970s as it normally lives around 160m below the surface, the Mirror reported.

This specimen was hauled up in nets on Friday near Owase Port in Mie Prefecture, Japan.
It was around 5m in length and weighed in at one tonne.
