The Russian Hybrid War Has Its Own Projects

The Russian Hybrid War Has Its Own ProjectsFrom ancient times to the present days Russia (the Moscow Principality, the Russian Empire, the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic, the Russian Federation) sought by any means to conquer Ukraine, to deprive her of its independence, and to destroy the national people idea.

In addition, economic blackmail, demonstrations of military superiority, corruption acts, and other insidious methods, Russia has always pressed Ukraine to keep her in a position of Russian influence.

You can ask why Russia needs it? I will answer this question using an extract from Lev Trotsky letter to the Bolshevik agitators, who were sent to Ukraine in 1919. One way or another we need to return Ukraine to Russia. Without Ukraine there is no Russia. Without Ukrainian coal, iron, ore, bread, salt, the Black Sea, Russia can not exist. The violent slogans of the Russian Federation in a hybrid armed confrontation with Ukraine since 2014 have consistently reflected the policy of Russia's supremacy over other countries including Ukraine.

After all, the violent slogans of the Russian Federation were brought before Russian population up through the prism of historical misleading theories. Actually, theories or as I call them projects, are traced in the hybrid war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Project Russkiy Mir (Russian World)
In essence the project Russkiy Mir (Russian World) is a neo imperial, geopolitical, ideological doctrine that aims to promote the practical restoration of Russia as an imperial superpower on its borders until 1914. The basis of this project is the idea of God-chosen Rus, the Russian Empire the Third Rome, Orthodoxy, Autocracy, Nationality. All these theories are meaningless in their own way. Briefly about them.

Thus, the ideologue of Eurasianism O. Dugin notes that in the circle of the followers of St. Nicholas Gennady Novgorodsky and the Rev. Joseph Volotsky the idea of God-chosen Rus began to appear. In the end, it was fastened by Pskov monk Filofei. As it was then, even now after the restoration of the Patriarchate in Moscow in 1943 the Filofeis ideologue was officially recognized by the Moscow church and state doctrine.

Judging by this, Filofei included Russia in part of the European Christian history. As You know, after the Battle of Kulikov Rus became independent. Byzantine Patriarch Anthony IV sent a message to the Russian Tsar Vasily I, who became the manifesto of the Byzantine political ideology of Russia. The Byzantines did not recognize the Russian tsar, but insisted on the recognition authorities of the Byzantine emperor.

In Russia such a proposal was immediately rejected. Tsar understood that the fall of Constantinople from the swords of the Turkish soldiers was a chance for the tsar to strengthen his power. Therefore, the Florentine Treaty between Byzantium and the Roman Catholic Church was recognized as anti state position for Russia. Tsar needed as a secular support and clergy support.

That's how the theory was born.

This theory has long been useful for autocracy and worked until the old manuscripts of religious content were found that mentioned the unilateral split of Russian churches from Byzantium. Therefore, most likely, this theory was a cover, which justifies the power of autocracy in front of its population. The Moscow kingdom was totalitarian in its principle and style. It was a theocracy with the dominance of the kingdom over the people.

In turn, the father of Russian ideology Oglobin considered the Russian Empire the Third Rome. The theory of the Third Rome was a guide for the Russian tsar to expand the state at the expense of additional territories. The theory of the Third Rome has deeply entered the spiritual essence of the people and became a belief in the messianic appointment of Russia in the world. The theory of Moscow Third Rome turning into a national ideology, contributed to the strengthening and power of the Moscow autocracy, but did not contribute either to the growth of the Moscow Church nor to the development of spiritual life on these lands.

Therefore, it is not surprising that secular theocracy and the idea of Moscow the Third Rome was the main elements of the present Moscow policy and on the church. The theory of Moscow Third Rome in church and in respective church's literatures is considered foolish and utopian. The lever ideology of imperial Russia was the monarchical theory Orthodoxy, Autocracy, Nationality. This theory was formulated and embodied in the 30 years of the XIX century by the Minister of Education of the Tsarist Government S. Uvarov.

Uvarov is a representative and ideologue of the so called Russian conservative aristocratic revival, which in reality was a reaction to the Great French Revolution. The ideological theory was not only strengthen imperial power, but also unite close, distant provinces and colonies. Thus, according to Uvarovs theory the serfs in Russia are, blessed men, prosperous people of ruling justice, people with brilliant mercy, and happy hearts, and calm minds.

The Russian people are deeply religious and devoted to the throne, and Orthodox faith and autocracy constitute indispensable conditions for the existence of Russia. Nationality was seen as a necessity to adhere to its own traditions and to reject foreign influence as the need to combat Western ideas of freedom of thought, freedom of conscience, individual liberty, individualism, rationalism, which was considered Orthodoxy as free thought and confusion.

The Uvarovs triad (Orthodoxy, Autocracy, Nationality) was an ideological justification of Nicholas I's policies of the early 1830s and in the future served as a peculiar flag for the consolidation of political forces that stand for the original path of the historical development of Russia as an alternative to the overall development of human civilization. Obviously in such theoretical combinations the Russian Federation in the East and South of Ukraine tried to educate Ukrainian citizens like the serfs about whom Uvarov wrote. With the collapse of the Russian Empire and the formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in 1922, ideology of Marxism Leninism became the main in the spheres of state and social life. The main Bolshevik slogan has since become, Proletarians of all countries unite!. At one time Leonid Zaliznyak said about interstate relations between Ukraine and Russia, Ukraine and Russia historically belonged to different types of civilizations. If Ukraine with its historical fate from the time of Kievan Rus to the end of the XVIII century was associated with Europe, then Russia has developed as a despotic country. Russia is genetically highly associated with the Mongolian Empire of Genghis Khan. The Russian state arose on the grounds of the Golden Horde.

Throughout its history, Ukraine was an integral part of European civilization. Her ties with Eurasian Russia are not a natural, ancient, objectively determined geopolitical position. Forcible reorientation of Ukraine from the European West to the Eurasian East took place during the existence of Moscow imperialism.

Project Novorossiya
Among other theory of the hybrid war of the Russian Federation is a dangerous concept or a project Novorossiya. This theory is dangerous, because of the fact that it was most realistic for Russia's implementation of the hybrid war in Ukraine. However, the Russian Federation also failed to embody this theory. Although, as for me, this theory could for Russia become a good information weapon. Why? I will try to answer.

Putin and his entourage thought that the situation in Ukraine would sharply worsen as a result of the acute reaction of the inhabitants of the Southern and Eastern regions of Ukraine, who allegedly ought to have been offended by the abolition of the Law of Ukraine No. 5029 VI On the Basic Principles of the State Language Policy in Ukraine. For understanding we will look a bit about the history of the theory of Novorossiya. The Novorossiysk Province during the Russian Empire existed on the territory of modern administrative boundaries of Ukraine.

Novorossiysk province emerged on lands conquered by the Russian Empire in the Zaporizhzhya Sich. In the first period of its existence (1764 1783) Novorossiya covered the Northern part of the Zaporozhye lands Novoserbia, Slavyanoserbia and the Ukrainian line along the Orel River. After the liquidation of the Zaporozhian Sich (1775) and the Crimean Khanate (1783) their lands were also included in the Novorossiysk province.

Abolished Novorossiysk province in 1783 revived in 1796. Much more of the land at that time she covered. South of Ukraine belonged to Novorossiysk province (from the Lower Dniester in the West to the river Siversky Donets in the East). The Crimean peninsula as well as the territory of modern Russia at the mouth of the Don river
belonged to the Novorossiysk province. Characteristic of the imperial project Novorossiya is the mass migration of people from all regions of the Russian Empire to the south of Ukraine. The purpose of settling people from the regions of the Russian Empire was to ensure the economic development of the steppe lands of Ukraine. All these resettlement measures were taken to prevent the explosion of national liberation movements for independence among the Ukrainian steppe population.

The Russian Empire also settled foreigners from European countries. For example, she encouraged the resettlement of the French, English and Germans to the South of Ukraine. The Russian government guaranteed Europeans a number of land incentives for commodity agricultural production and lower tax rates. That is, the policy of assimilation became the basis of the Novorossiya project from the Russian Empire to Ukraine. About the Novorossiya project Russian political scientists began to speak only from 2014. By this time they did not know such a word. Publications about the project began after April 17, 2014 the date of Vladimir Putin's speech.

During his speech the President of Russia was indignant at the fact that the Bolsheviks unfairly gave the southern lands of Ukraine to their party counterparts in Ukraine. The project is being restored by Russia to provoke inter regional contradictions in the regions of Ukraine and to artificially and deceitfully create a new nation in the South of Ukraine. Another speech of the President of October 24, 2006 was adressed to the participants of the World Congress of compatriots. Subsequently, in 2007 by a decree of Putin a non-state center for support and promotion of the Russian language Russian World was created. The co-founders of the Fund were the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

However, in this project Russians have surpassed themselves. If to be attentive the background on of the flag of the pseudo republic of Novorossiya is very similar to the flag of the Confederates in the United States of America who fought during the Civil War in USA. No less ridiculous and inept can be considered the act of the famous separatist Gubarev during the drawing a picture of the historical borders of Novorossiya. He was so enthralled with the idea that when drawing on the map about the modern boundaries of Novorossiya he included superfluous areas of the Russian Federation. Whatever the Russian projects of the hybrid war for Ukraine, our state will necessarily win.

Ukrainians are a consolidated nation. Ukrainians are actively defending their borders during threats and external threats without giving the occupants an opportunity to take an extra step. Whatever how the citizents of Ukraine of the Crimean peninsula were not zombded, Russia would equally be considered an aggressor on the international scene. Let's call the action of agression is aggression fairly. Russia is an occupier. In Crimea Ukraine's sovereignty will surely be restored. This is
a matter of time.
