Unknown men attacked a building of the Consulate-General of Poland in Lutsk in early hours on March 29.
This is reported by 112 UA TV Channel
quoting Volyn 24.
The Consulate-General of Poland is situated on 22b Dubnivska Street. As a result of the shooting, a roof of the building was damaged and a window was broken. No casualties reported.
Law enforcement officers are working on the scene.
"Intruders shot unaimed fire, or the shooting was unskilled,” a law enforcer commented.
The explosion was quite strong. "I heard an intense explosion at 00:12. The blast seemed like a truck wheel blew out. But heavier. I saw a white light flare in a window of the Consulate. Like a lightening, but longer,” a witness said to Volyn 24.
Police found remnants of a manual antitank grenade launcher RPG-22.
According to law enforcers, a shooter fired from a back yard street and targeted the window on the top floor.
The law enforcers are considering to open a criminal case on terror attack.
